The park is home to popular restaurants like Vozovna and the alternative scene Gauč na Výstavišti, which comes alive every evening with an unforgettable atmosphere. Covering nearly 90 hectares, Stromovka is also home to several ponds and water features that freeze in winter, offering ice skating opportunities. Two metro stations, Vltavská and Nádraží Holešovice, are within walking distance of the MUSE7 residence, providing ideal connections to all parts of Prague. Excellent public transport, including trams and buses, ensures easy and quick travel across the city, contributing to the residents' comfort.

The HolKa Footbridge to Karlín

The new HolKa pedestrian bridge, opened in the summer of 2023, connects Holešovice and Karlín. This modern bridge stands out with its minimalist architecture and bronze animal sculptures. On Štvanice, you can find sculptures of rabbits, while heading towards Holešovice, there are bull heads, and towards Karlín, horse heads. The bridge is crossed daily by hundreds of people, enjoying its unique design.

By Train, Anywhere You Desire

Near the MUSE7 project is the Holešovice train station, which offers excellent connections not only within Prague but also to major European cities such as Berlin. Thanks to this railway hub, residents have convenient access to international transport and quick connections to neighboring countries.

The Vltava Philharmonic building, designed by the world-renowned architectural firm BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group), will be a modern cultural center in Holešovice. It will feature three concert halls and become the new home of the Czech Philharmonic. The project is a key part of revitalising the Vltavská area, bringing a new public space connecting music, art, and social life.

Creating a New Vibrant Neighborhood

The block of buildings around Železničářů and U Papírny streets forms a layout resembling the number seven, which, along with the inspiring environment of Prague 7, gave our project its name, MUSE7. This area, known as Bubny, is currently undergoing an extensive urban regeneration, and we are proud to be a part of this significant transformation of Prague.

Visit the legendary Vnitroblok, enjoy a concert at Cross Club, or head to Jatka 78, where you’ll encounter contemporary circus, dance, and alternative theater. Jatka 78 is home to the Cirque La Putyka, DEKKADANCERS, and Amerikánka.
