In the MUSE7 residence, we aim to offer not only the utmost comfort in terms of housing but also in everyday life. This includes fresh pastries, the scent of good coffee or tea, flowers that bring joy, and spaces where you can sit with friends. We strive to create a smart mix of services, ensuring every resident feels at home. On the ground floor of the building, we plan to include shops that will complement this experience, along with a community center for Prague 7 in a historic building, where various events and gatherings will take place. We believe this approach will create a lively and welcoming space for all.
- The prices of commercial spaces do not include parking spaces and cellars, as these are primarily designated for the building’s residents. The prices for commercial spaces exclude VAT, which is 21%.
- According to applicable legal regulations (Government Decree No. 366/2013 Coll.), the floor area of an apartment refers to the total area of all rooms, including vertical structures.
- Prices in EUR are for reference only. They are converted online using the ČNB exchange rate on the day and time of display. Apartment prices and all contractual documentation will be in Czech crowns. Payments can be made in EUR or even cryptocurrency, but the conversion to CZK will be based on the exchange rate at the settlement date. The sales representative can provide more information.
